Great Stay with a Perfect Location!

We had a lovely stay! The room was super comfy and clean. It had everything we needed. Location was spot on for us, just a quick stroll to the town hall for a show. Breakfast was great too, really tasty and healthy. Only thing, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes which was annoying.

It was just a well-suited match for shopping in Cheltenham with good value for price. The staff were friendly and responsive, bringing me a soft pillow when I requested it. For a better night’s sleep, choose a room away from the street.

Having a comfy bed in the spacious room made my stay sweet. The location is absolute gold! Those nearby eateries like MUSE Brasserie for a decadent breakfast are just a hop, skip, and jump away.

Sadly, the whole vibe was dampened by outdated decor and noisy revellers outside. Communication was a bit dodgy too, and it felt like the place needs a solid clean!

The stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to the fantastic location and beautifully clean room. Some confusion about check-in directions occurred, and it would have been better with additional pillows. Nonetheless, the comfort level and supportive staff more than made up for it.

I loved the location. it’s just a three-minute walk to the center of Cheltenham. Such convenience for exploring. The room had a quirky sloping floor, adding a unique touch. my stay did have its downsides. The overall finish in the room felt tired. The bed linen was the most creased I've ever seen, giving an uninviting feel. Only one pillow was provided, but luckily, I had my own. The milk in the fridge was out of date, which wasn’t pleasant. Even though the room was clean and warm, it felt like it needed a thorough cleaning and refresh. No staff were around during my visit, which made me feel a bit isolated. Still, I managed to check in smoothly with a code, but I missed interacting with staff. Free parking right outside was a big plus.

The spacious room had a beautiful high ceiling, and the complimentary water and fresh milk were such thoughtful additions.

More pillows would enhance comfort for seniors.

Solo traveler delight

The shared areas were clean and smart, with nice touches of lighting and decor. I enjoyed the little kitchen in my room, stocked with teas and coffees, made my stay more cozy.

It was pricey, but worth it.

Great central location with convenient parking made for a stress-free stopover. The room featured a good-sized fan and a fridge stocked with oat milk, which is a nice touch. finding the entrance was confusing, and there was no clear guidance for accessing the room, as it was through a private door. A lack of breakfast options means an early start isn't necessary, but it would have been a nice addition.

Request a room at the back to avoid possible noise from the nearby pub.

The décor was charmingly quaint with lovely high ceilings. I appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features, making it easy for seniors like myself to move around comfortably. Plus, the room was so clean—like stepping into a fresh bouquet of laundry!

A wall-mounted TV would improve comfort significantly.

Comfortable bed, spotless linen. the bathroom and toilet were very clean, and the electric fan in the bedroom was much appreciated, making our stay delightful, especially with the convenient location just 6 km from the nearest airport.

Everything was as expected.
